The City of Forest Park, in partnership with Councilwoman Latresa Akins-Wells and El Malone Fitness, invites you to join Wellness with Wells! This exciting initiative offers free, high-energy workouts designed to help you meet your fitness goals.
What to Expect
Led by expert trainer El Malone, each Wellness with Wells session offers a full-body workout that focuses on boosting strength, stamina, and positive energy. Get ready to dance, sweat, and challenge yourself in a supportive, high-intensity setting!
When and Where
Classes will be held at the Forest Park Recreation Center located at 803 Forest Parkway, every Tuesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Choose from two convenient sessions this winter:
Session 1: November 5, 12, 19; December 3, 10, 17
Session 2: January 7, 14, 21, 28; February 4, 11, 18, 25
