On March 29, 2025, Arts Clayton hosted the 19th Annual Arte' Gras Gala at The Morrow Center, and the City of Jonesboro had a fantastic evening celebrating the arts. With the vibrant theme "Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler" or "Let the Good Times Roll," the event brought together city officials, community members, and art enthusiasts for a night of culture and connection.
The evening's festivities began with an impressive opening performance by the Morrow High School Orchestra and the Morrow High School Marching Band, setting the perfect tone for a night of celebration.
Jonesboro’s Continued Support for the Arts
The City of Jonesboro has long been a proud supporter of arts and culture. By participating in the Arte' Gras Gala, city officials highlighted their dedication to promoting artistic endeavors and community enrichment. Proceeds from the event contributed to arts education in local schools, provided exhibition opportunities for Georgia artists, and supported programs that enhance the region’s cultural landscape.
