The Comprehensive Learning & Academic Support for Success (C.L.A.S.S.) Act Tutoring Program for all students from kindergarten to 12th grade, including those in CCPS Charter Schools, starting this semester, lets parents pick a tutoring service to help their kids learn better.
This is especially helpful for catching up on learning missed during the pandemic or if students want to improve their grades and test scores. Tutors will help in subjects like math, reading, writing, language arts, science, and social studies.
On Saturday, January 13, 2024, there will be a C.L.A.S.S. Act Vendor Fair at Mundy’s Mill High School from 10 a.m. to noon.
Parents, come to this fair! You can sign up your child for tutoring, meet the tutors, ask questions, and learn about what they offer. The tutoring through C.L.A.S.S. Act can be in person, online, or a mix of both, depending on the tutor you choose.
If you need help or have questions, reach out to Ms. Brie Bowers or Ms. Kidada Brown. They both work with the Title I Program and can assist you.
You can email Ms. Bowers at brie.bowers@clayton.k12.ga.us or call her at 770-473-2700 (her extension is 700221).
